I have been coming to this place since about a month after it opened and it always has been the hotspot for my family and I until recently. When my husband and I went back to the brewery after almost 6 months and didn’t recognize any of the staff which was confusing. We didn’t begin to judge a book by its cover because that’s not who we are but I just felt uncomfortable after hearing loud screams and laughter coming from the bar. When I asked our server what the commotion was they answered with “its my mangers” I proceeded to look over during my meal because it sounded like hyenas in a restaurant. If I wanted a loud meal I would have stayed home with my children not go to a Brewery\restaurant. That will be our last time going to this zoo.

My wife and I have been coming here for years. It was our go-to spot for food and drinks. Service and food were always great, which is why we kept coming back. The past couple times we were in, the service was not great and the menu had changed. This evening, our waitress barely came by our table. We got an order of drinks and that was it. She never came back to get refills or see how the meal was. We had to go to the bar to get our check and cash out. We know some of their regular wait staff have left, as well as managers. It really shows. We won't be back, which is disappointing because this place was great.

The manager of this location, Laura Houck has harassed me and called me “c*nt” on Facebook. Definitely not the type of company I would be giving any of my business too.

If I could give this place a 0 I would all because of staff. If I remember correctly the bartenders name was Mikey and he was located in the beer garden on Friday night. I don’t like saying names but when me and my 2 children go to a beer garden that’s “family appropriate” and get treated with a terrible attitude I must take a stand. When he poured my beer he just came in from smoking a cigarette and didn’t even bother putting the hand sanitizer on that was right next to him and preceded to pour my beer. Then I ordered food and as it was dropped off at my table by the same person and when I asked for ketchup he rolled his eyes and never Returned. Lucky the food was delicious that was the only good experience about “the beer garden @ conshocken brewing company”. When I went to pay my tab he did not say one word to me and I felt completely disrespected. I will not return all because of a staff member.

Great outdoor seating area that allows dogs. Get the blood orange ipa and cheese curds. Cheese curds are the best in the state.
