Feedback:

Mark and Brittney were great leaders and I definitely took some great coaching from both of them during my time at Consumer Aquasistions. After reading some of the reviews online I saw several people saying they heard Mark yelling at his employees, I never experienced that during my time with the company. I really appreciated that he was willing to sit down and coach the team and took time individually with the employees in the office. Mark took it upon himself to accommodate my scheduling requests and I’m very grateful for that. Overall there are a few things I would have changed. Provide your employees with gas reimbursements, they are putting thousands of miles on their personal cars, maintenance ect.. allow your employees to have a sick day, it’s not right to be throwing up in the retail store for days because you would get fired for taking care of yourself. Offer health insurance so your employees can get the medical care and the psychological help they need after working and getting 1000 no’s everyday.

I've been with the company a while now and in my experience it's been an amazing place to work. As an African-American I have run into situations at other jobs where I've been discriminated against but I've never experienced that here not only that the structure that they have makes it so, your hard work and your determination is the only thing that factors in to all promotions and pay raises. Best part about everything is they only ask for three things, work hard, have a great student mentality, and maintain a good attitude if you can do those three things they reward you with a fast track to management.

The boss doesn't like black ppl an doesn't care about family yours or his own also will not pay u when u quit.. Its been 2 weeks an still havent recoeved paymemt. He also cusses at hos employees in team meetings...
