After many years of hopping from webmaster to webmaster I found Dave Squires and his team at Online-Access. I was amazed at their offering for an HVAC specific website and it's ready to go content.It's extremely difficult to explain to someone who is not familiar with this industry how to build and maintain a proper website, all of my other websites, were in my opinion, utter failures, it was a major frustration for me, and I know it had a major negative impact on how people who viewed my website, could have possibly viewed my company. The follow up, the on-going commitment from Online-Access is second to none. Anything I need, anytime I need it, I know that I can absolutely count on them 100% of the time. I have signed up for their nearby now review system, it's an unqualified success, I know know if I have happy or unhappy customers, my customers can see that right on my website as well. None of my direct competitors have anything like this on their sites, it's a major advantage to my company. Online-Access, personal service, a commitment to their customers, finally a company that knows how to do a website for our complex industry.
