My friend passed away and I had them make me a big picture of him from his obituary..The girl there was very friendly, very helpful, and very very FAST! I highly recommend this business. Also, I was very amazed at how cheap it was.

I was referred to Corner Copy by a friend who had a positive experience. I am on the board of a non profit rescue organization and we were looking for quality decals for our supporters to place on their vehicle windows. Initially, everything was great. We exchanged emails and had everything lined up, or so I thought. We made payment for the decals and had them in hand in two days. Excellent turn around time...However, during our email exchange, there had apparently been some confusion. I was sent numerous proofs, however, I was unable to open them, so I was sent ONE proof in a PDF format, which I was able to open and view. I was told the proof is what the decal would look like. Keep in mind, I have never ordered decals before, so this was my first experience doing so and I chose Corner Copy to do our business with. We received the decal and there was an area cut out we were under the impression was not going to be cut out. I attempted to contact the company to figure out what happened, and was told I approved the decal to look this way and was sent the proof and I approved it. I have the proof I was sent, and it doesn't show the area being cut out that was cut out. I also showed this email to the Founder of the organization I am with and they also interpretted the email the same way I did. When I tried to further explain that I didn't quite understand what happened, I was greeted with a very rude email from Don with Corner Copy stating he had exchanged 10+ emails with me, I approved it, and as far as they (Corner Copy) are concerned, the case is closed. They suggested I do business with a local company so as to avoid having another situation like this. They were unwilling to fix their mistake, they were unwilling to allow us to send back the decals to make it right. They simply offered to send us a plain background decal for an extra $30.00. It was an awful experience and I highly recommend you stay as far away from this place as possible. Do not do business with them. They don't appreciate their customers, and they certainly do not have the above and beyond business model most small businesses have. It was a big disappointment, especially because we are a non profit organization who operates off of strictly donations.
