Our company tried to use this company for sales coaching, a lot of ideas in the beginning, Very poor in communication and providing their part of the process in an expected timely manner. Over-billed us multiple times and then took forever to get a refund. We terminated our relationship with this company due to their non-performance. If you use this company, plan on having to push them and follow up with them constantly to get things done and don’t allow them to bill you on your credit card.This is a reply to Cornerstone Marketing Solution's response on our review. there are TWO sides to every story and their account of what happened and how it happened is not completely valid. First off, yes we did know that the person's father had passed away during the beginning phase to our relationship. The company had already billed us prior to all this happening which was in November of 2016, Our goal was to have this going PRIOR to our first Quarter. His Father passed away in December. We did not inquire about getting anything going until into January of which time, this person stated they were ready to go. Only then was a meeting scheduled and it finally happened in early Feb 2017. The meeting was a planning session and a lot of good ideas were discussed. Ideas are only good if and when they are acted upon and implemented. From that point, we only seemed to hear from this company when we would email a request on how the progress is going. Business cards were developed but were completely different than what was discussed showing a lack of communication with our person involved and the design team. Even when changes were requested its seemed to take far more time than was expected. We realistically did not have ANYTHING that we could use when upon we found out that they had started billing us for 3 months of services that we had nothing done and nothing to use. When we inquired about this they stated that they would just not bill us going forward. Less than a few weeks later, they billed us again. All of this was without actually receiving anything we could use. By this time our first quarter was almost over and nothing had been done to improve any sales or to meet goals we had set. At that time we requested our charges to be credited back to us. This was a response back to us on various times that it would be done in the next day or the day that he gets back or this other day. It was told to us many times but never done. We finally received a credit for the months of service that we had paid. The $1000 credit I had requested for the meeting was due to the lack of implementation of the plan we had both agreed upon. This was only requested after we had stopped working with CMS. What good was having a meeting and having ideas if nothing is put forth? It was just a waste of time for both parties. Our goal was to set up a yearly plan. This was designed to have monthly goals and implementation. In 3 months, nothing from CMS was implemented for us. That is WHY I requested a refund on the $1000. I do have emails saved and a complete timeline of everything that I have stated. In closing I would be very careful of using CMS unless you are comfortable pushing a company to perform on YOUR schedule or you are not sensitive to a specific time that your plan will take to get completed.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! We (Rockwall Heating and Air, Inc.) hired Cornerstone to come in and revamp our marketing platform as well as do some sales coaching. I have been extremely impressed with Charles and his team, and their attention to detail.

Cornerstone has completely redone our website and we love it!
