Paid $2,000 to start design process. Last meeting we finalized chgs. Nothing done since. Wife told me Dave doesn't build custom homes anymore & draftsman has my plans, he will give me plans & partial refund. Nothing. After 2 yrs of excuses why his excavator can't put in my 100 yd lg straight, flat drive I hired someone else do it. I get that he quit building custom homes but in middle of my project why didn't he have the backbone to call me and explain ? Run, don't walk away from this company.
