UPDATE: I'm not sure what happened but CPA Site Solutions went downhill really quickly recently. I've had server issues with my site being down and today I'm not able to log into the site manager at all. I had custom work done that was shoddy and filled with errors and incorrect links. They published unapproved work to my site also. It's just been a string of really crappy experiences after another. I'm not sure if they sold the business or outsourced it but I'm thinking of actually paying someone to build me a new site just to get away from the endless problems I keep having with them...... My old review was......CPA Site Solutions is always very responsive with change requests and they are a pleasure to work with. The site templates are beautiful too. I'm not sure what the other reviews are all about. That hasn't been my experience at all.

I requested a free demo site and after receiving the demo site during the trail period I informed the company that I was not interested in their service and that I was using another service. Four months later I saw charges totaling $290 on my account. I immediately contacted the company and requested to speak with a supervisor for a refund. I was tranferred several times and never spoke with anyone. I'm not sure how these charges were authorized but I never interacted with this company after canceling the trial.

This used to be a great company and I would praise them any chance I could but for at least a couple years it has been awful. I have notified them to cancel my account months ago but they continue to grab money out of my account every month. I was paying for a premium package and was working on a new website with them more by myself. That site I was working on disappeared and my site that was up and running and change back to basically the default. I spent hours trying to tweak it. I would check it sometimes and the color schemes were not the same on every page. The company used to care about it's small clients. Now they just contact you to sell you more stuff that used to be free. Also a couple of years ago a tax preparer in my area was given the same website template I had. This preparer was in the same town as me. I am usually very nice but when you just keep taking money from me I get upset. I am a sole proprietor I can't afford to be robbed. So if you don't mind being jacked and having the same boring website as half the accountants in your area CPA Site Solutions is for you.

Just went to the new office yesterday and it is so beautiful and serene and even more "CPASS-ey" than ever before, and even still has some familiar faces. Awesome space, awesome place.

Great firm. Very responsive. Reasonable price. Work with Michelle Thibault - could not ask for a better rep. She is always responsive and very knowledgeable on the product and how to modify the website to help ensure it puts my best foot forward. Highly recommended.

Their sales department needs to lay off. I got onto a list of theirs recently and I've received multiple calls from Erica. At one point she hung up on my bookkeeping manager who has taken several messages from her. Spoke with her today 40 minutes after she spoke with my team member. She was antagonistic for the entire call and she denied speaking with him, insisting that she had only left voicemails for me (which would bypass my manager completely and come directly to me). Rather than talking about it, she insisted that it was my problem and that she would have no reason to lie, and was sorry that I "was having a bad day". Perhaps someone else left the message under her name and logged it as a voicemail, but how easy would it have been to say, "it looks like our records might be in error" and talk through the issue? There's no excuse for poor customer service like this, but worse is the lack of accountability. Would not work with a company like this regardless of their services if you know they're going to duck for cover immediately when there's an issue.

We've been a satisfied customer of CPA Site Solutions for several years. Recently, I was unable to open my website and called for tech support. Stephen was thorough and speedy in his solutions, and we were able to solve the compatibility problem with Firefox right away.

Faced with a challenge I called in and talked with Stephen. He was personable, professional and really listened to my concern. He took the extra effort to find a solution for our firm and was a diligent guide for a quick implementation. Service like this is hard to find! Kudos!
