Was scheduled to have windows installed today, we got some rain in the morning and I figured since they haven’t called me I better check if they are still coming. I called and they “couldn’t find my number” to call me. How could you not find my number? What kind of business are you running?! I will update this after the install, so far I’m far from impressed.

Stopped over unannounced for storm window repair on a very cold winter day. Explained that I was from out of town and would only be in town for a couple of hours. We made arrangements to pick up the repaired windows some time next week. Before I got out of town I got a call saying they were done! Going the extra mile to Git Ur Done, that just doesn't happen anymore. Except at Crow River Glass! Thanks!
