Almost three years ago, I reached to the CEO/Owner of Cruising Kitchens, Cameron Davies, to build my mobile kitchen trailer. I sat down with Cameron to go over the details of what equipment and the layout I wanted in the trailer. Approximately six weeks after our initial meeting, “Southern Gourmet On Da Geaux” was completed on-time as promised. It is hard to believe it has been almost three years and da “Geaux-2 Crew” are making it count … all this wouldn't have even been possible without Cameron Davies’ HUGE HEART along with the amazing CK Crew! Anytime I have a question, need minor alterations or request upgrades, Cameron immediately responds and the CK Crew ALWAYS take time out of their crazy busy schedule to fit me in and take care of my requests. Cruising Kitchens Rocks!!!! excellent staff, courteous and above all friendly. They did a tremendous job transforming our Police Department's Community Outreach Mobile Unit into a great topic of discussion in our community down in Laredo Texas. Thanks guys for doing a great job.

First class, professional grade. These guys did such a great job with our trailer that we had them build a truck for us. Absolute recommend. They customized to EXACTLY what we wanted, handled everything including deliver & set up. They came back to make a few adjustments a few weeks later.Would only consider using these guys!

Cruising Kitchens built my food truck 3 years ago and I love it! I recently had an issue with a part on my generator. I was unable to get the part in my area of the country. I contacted Marcos and he contacted the vendor and was able to get me all the info I needed to get the part ordered. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed in a timely manner so we didn't miss very many days of business.

Cruising Kitchens are not one of, but THE best vendor I've ever worked with. At every step of the project process they show the utmost professionalism, desire and eagerness to create only the best products, super close client / vendor communications, and ability to keep extremely tight on even the most unlikely deadlines (we really gave them a run for their money with ours). CK is at the top of their game and beyond. They're also becoming my one-stop shop for printed materials, branded merch and clothing, and of course custom fabrication. I see a future so bright for these guys - very excited to keep watching them grow and be part of the family.
