What was the best part of the experience?
The best part was the price. They were very cheap. That should have been my first red flag however. There work was as cheap as their price.
What would you change about the experience?
I wouldn't use them again. I had to repeat myself in writing and on the phone over and over. Once they fixed one problem, they created another one. No one took ownership of anything.

I would never use them again. I recommend everyone run! It's not worth the headaches.
