Requested for a custom-made database for our industry and was sorely disappointed. It was inaccurate and included irrelevant contacts to make up the numbers. When we reached out to solve the problem it took weeks to get back to us. This made us lose out on business, we lost money on the database, plus there was no customer support - where they promised 24 hour responses for data queries.When we finally heard back from DataCaptive they apologized - offered us other services, which we did not want, then carried on delaying responses to other emails sent. Do not use this company if you are hoping to move quickly and professionally.
