YWAM San Francisco employed Dayspring Technologies to help implement salesforce for our non profit. Their communication was excellent so we knew what the process was going to be. They helped our team navigate through the process of migrating our data, training our staff and guiding us through critical decision making processes. They are pleasant to work with and efficient.

I work as the Director of Development at a new school in the Bayview Hunters Point (San Francisco) serving low-income and first to college students. Dayspring Technologies has been an integral partner in helping us launch our school. From set up and maintenance of our Salesforce CRM, to website design and implementation, to strategy, design and marketing of events, Dayspring has been a true partner in our growth in the school space as well as in the community. I have worked personally with James Kye, Janet McKelpin, Jessica Kwok, Dale Gish, John Greenhill, Paul Tomanpos, and Chi-Ming Chien which testifies to the broad range of support Dayspring has provided us. With each interaction I have with Dayspring staff, I know that they have our interests at heart. For instance, when I need to tweak something in Salesforce to meet our needs as an organization, not only is the Salesforce team quick to help, but they have also helped me think through the larger implications and strategy of changes and additions I make. It is this attention to the big picture, flow and details, that makes me see Dayspring as a true partner in my organization's success. Additionally, Dayspring's equal concern to the flourishing of the neighborhood we are located in shows me how rooted Dayspring is and how it is a company with the highest integrity. I am grateful to work so often and closely with Dayspring Technologies.

Maintaining a website seems like it should be an easy thing, especially if you're using a tool like Wordpress, but it can be a serious pain. Fortunately, Dayspring has worked with our page for years and have made it so easy. They respond quickly to questions, know how to fix just about anything that we have trouble with and overall are very knowledgeable and patient. They're a great team to work with!

Dayspring Studio helped launched Jubilee's website back in 2015 and subsequently provided additional update. I had found Janet and other staff there to be super helpful. They were always responsive to our concerns and input. Everything was done in a timely manner. For someone who was not very tech-savvy, Janet was patient in explaining how Squarespace worked and how to adjust content as needed. We appreciated their thoughtfulness throughout the whole process.
