The office manager very nice but the other girl working did nothing but complain the whole time we were there. And talked about nonsense stuff to the customer she was helping, maybe a lot less talking and more working would be the answer to get people in and out.

They were nice in person, but don't ever try to call this location, they will never answer. You will have better luck on a phone call with the festus location.

I have called six times and left a detailed message to be called back and never heard from anyone. I think left a message for the head person and he never called me back either. The have my personalized plates and I cannot get anything to answer a simple question before I drive down there. I would be fired if handled our clients so poorly.

These have to be some of the most inefficient and lazy employees I have ever met in my entire life . After sitting for an hour waiting for them to finally take care of somebody at the counter they decided to tell me then that their credit card machine was down. Customer service is terrible these people have absolutely no idea how to treat customers . I will make a point to never go back to this license office ever again and make sure to tell everyone I know to never go back this license office .

Despite the low staff of only two 2 lady's, followed by one taking a lunch at 2:00pm. Leaving only one to handle 4 waiting. The staff was very polite.
