I called for an appointment to get my windows tinted on my car they said they were busy for the next weeks I completely understood so I scheduled it for 2 and a half weeks out. The day of the appointment I dropped off my car before they opened and left it to be worked on. I then about 20 minutes after they opened received a call saying they had messed up on scheduling and they had me down but it was in the wrong schedule (you would think in 2 weeks someone would have noticed and notified me about the issue)? They said they were sorry and that they could not do it that day and that was all they said. I had to ask about rescheduling thinking they would offer to squeeze me in that same day since my car was already there or even the next day to try and make up for this issue. The best they could offer me was late the next week or the week after. They also did not try and express their "sorriness" through a discount of any type if I wanted to reschedule. I asked if I could receive some type of discount since they messed up and caused more headache for me and they told me that they couldn't offer me anything for their mess up. Overall very poor customer service.***Update the owner got in contact with me and has made everything right. The work that was done was great! There was a hiccup but I would recommend them for sure.***

Awful tint job & TERRIBLE customer service! Got my car back & was told the usual "dont roll windows down, tint will be 100% cured in 3-5 days". It was raining when i picked my car up so i hopped in & drove right home & parked in the middle of the yard so it could get good sun on it to cure the tint after the rain passed. Went to check out my tint after the rain & i had a HUGE scuff across my bumper! Called the next morning to complain and the man was very nice set up an appt for the next Sat to look at it & start a claim to see what could be done. Called back 2 days before the appt to say my tint should be cured by now but it has huge bubbles in my back window still. Gentleman said no problem you have a LIFETIME warranty we will fix it at your appt even if we have to strip it off & redo it. Saturday comes, I drive the hour to my appt & a different man comes out to look at my car. He tells me all he has to do is heat the tint with a torch & smooth it out-easy enough-not! Claims he doesnt have time to do that even tho i have an appt & tells me to call back in a MONTH if im still unhappy. Of course ill be unhappy bc its already cured so nothing is gonna change! Looks at my bumper says i must have done it & he's not filing a claim. I said this is not what the other man told me would be done to fix my problems & i wont ever recommend them again and left. Later he & his boss BLOW UP my phone telling me that if i take them to small claims court or write a bad review they will sue me for slander. Never asked for them to comp my tint job, just wanted it fixed under my warranty bc i paid for it to be done right. Also said id happily apologize & retract the bumper complaint if they could show me the "video evidence" that it was already there. No one could show me the footage (claimed they cant release that to anyone) & the manager wouldnt even meet with me that day about my tint.TERRIBLE TINT JOB AND PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
