We just recently had Kevin shoot some live music video footage of our vintage swing group. Kevin was very professional and easy to work with. He came to the project with some of his own ideas, and was open to our ideas as well. We're very happy with the final product, and plan to work with him again in the future.

I chose Kevin Balmer of Diggable Monkey to do my runway video for my Fade To Light 2017 runway show. He was under time constraints to get as much information as possible into 1.5 minutes of compelling footage that I could then go on to use on my site. Kevin did an amazing job. Not only was the video artfully executed, but the editing and videography was beautiful. He also does really excellent interviews and posts. You owe it to yourself to check these out. We are so fortunate to have someone with such talent in our midst here in Portland.

Kevin was wonderful to work with!! Our project was in conjunction with the Sovereign renovation since the mural is on the Sovereign wall. We wanted to do a video of the mural restoration for our archives and to show our membership. He listened to what we said and worked hard to make sure he gave us the best video he could put together. The video was a huge success with our Trustees and members!

Kevin of Diggable Monkey was a dream to work with on the Sovereign project. Not only did he catch on quickly, he was super easy to work with and went above and beyond to make it perfect. Kevin was not counting the time it took to create a masterpiece but how to make it a Masterpiece without regard to time on his work schedule. Truly an artist in the video production field.

We worked with Kevin Balmer and his company Diggable Monkey to document the restoration of the historic Sovereign Hotel project in downtown Portland. Much more than just a series of film interviews, Keven and his crew created a narrative that followed the trajectory of the building’s history and the challenges faced in bringing it back to former glory. They used a combination of high tech time lapse photography, aerial videography, still shots and well-crafted interviews to tell a compelling authentic story. It is as enjoyable to watch as Kevin and his crew were professional to work with.
