I wanted to like them but ultimately I found the customer service inadequate. Their knowledge of Word Press is insufficient compared to the service I'm receiving now. I had to pay a new service to fix the issues that their Word Press team could not figure out.

If I could give DigiWEI 10 stars, I would. Not only did they design and build my non-profit animal rescue a beautiful and well functioning website, they are very kind people and donated it to us. Everything on the site is easy to maneuver, and its nice to look at. The best part is how helpful and quick to respond they are regarding maintenance. They respond in minutes, and go above and beyond to make any changes or fix any kinks, and make you feel comfortable with your site. DigiWEI also set me up with a google email address that connects to my website. They are masters at SEO - I am a relatively new rescue, and I receive a lot of phone calls and emails from people who found my rescue in a google search!I can't thank them enough for my site and the continued relationship I have with DigiWEI

I've been with DigiWei for a number of years now and they have really helped me create a website that representes me. Wei, Cory and Cherry at DigiWei give me very personal help so that my website and marketing evolves with me, as well as gets my website noticed. What made me choose DigiWei was their understanding of "Attraction Marketing"! They have helped me create content as well as seamlessly work with my social media company (that they introduced me to). I'm a small one person specialty consulting business, with little experience in how to create my online presence! DigiWei helped me navigate it all. I've used DigiWei for more than a year. They helped me upgrade my website which is very complex as it is a social network. Cory, my main contact and one of the pricnipals, is fabulous. If I have any questions or concerns, I can call him up and he actually answers the phone. Or will return your call that day!
