Over the past year we have works with Doctors Internet to create/recreate three separate websites. Each time the process has been fast, professional, and friendly. The team asks a lot of good questions in order to make the new website as good as possible. They also give a lot of good advice and suggestions, but ultimately the decisions are yours to make - I can say that their advice has always been spot-on. Just importantly, is what they do behind the scenes that makes a big difference - optimizing searches, identifying key words, researching, etc. The service and support after the website is up and running is just as good - notifications of reviews posted, reports on website traffic and calls generated, and they are very responsive to questions and update requests. So much different than other website build companies that we have worked with in the past! We have worked with Zach E. (Digital Marketing Manager) and Danielle L. (Build Consultant) all three times, and can't say enough good things about either. Zach is always ready to help, and Danielle is very supportive and organized. The team makes the process achievable without being overwhelming, while being friendly and understanding. The team makes the company, and Doctors Internet gets an A+ from us!
