What is wrong in Stockton! Even when you find a post office there is NO dropbox. Are the homeless attacking dropboxes?

The mail carrier, Nancy, left a notice for me to pick up my package from the office because I wasn't home. Notice told me to go the next day, Saturday, after 10am which I did. I get there and they cant find my package, a gift for Mothers day on Sunday. The first guy couldnt find it and asked if I could wait. I left and came back only to encounter, Stella, the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She seemed very upset at the prospect of doing actual work. Was rude for no reason. Gave me wrong information and tried to rush me away to help the line that was forming by this time. Didnt offer an apology or anything close to it. Zero empathy for the fact that we where in town for mothers day and now have no gift because someone didnt do their job and log my package. Shame

Do not answer their phone. Rude & poor service, went to pick up my package. Lady yelled at me saying pick is not open yet. Go stand behind the marked line and wait another 15min! Very rude!

Hello I'm a real person with real problems and I normally do not write reviews for store/services, but I must say golly gee my experience with USPS has been very adventurous from not receiving my package to not being able to receive any customer service from their most helpful automated phone support.

They need to have signs directing people to the right windows. I waited in line to be told I was in the wrong line for pick up.

Fairly quick service at this location. Customer service is good. There are usually pan handlers hanging out near entrance asking for change etc.

I am fairly surprised with the bad reviews to be honest. My experience is consistently good. They seem like a happy bunch.

I was not surprised to see the poor reviews. It is always unpleasant when I have to go get my mail from my box. The employees are rude and incompetent. My packages from Amazon is delivered there but I’m changing that so I don’t have to wait in line forever at the window and deal with employees who act like you owe them money.
