Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. It took 14 days to get the closing statement back and then it was completely wrong inspite of the fact all the information requested was given to them. When that was pointed out I was told it would be corrected immediately. It is now 8 days later and it still hasn't been done. Emails and phone messages get ignored and it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. This is the fourth house I've sold and I've never had such bad service.
