DRS completely screwed up our order. My order was for 10 copies of a book. When I received them the literally fell apart in my hands and the left margin was unreadable. The owner blamed first me then the book binder, but would take no blame himself. in addition, he delayed the order by many weeks so we did not have time to find another printer and meet our deadline. He also jumped the price 50% from his initial estimate. The owner refused to make good on the order and was very rude to me in the process.

Have been dealing with them for many years, excellent service. I call in an order and within a couple days its delivered to me. Couldn't ask for an easier transaction. Thanks for all you do!!

despite promises the turn around was 3 weeks past deadline and final bill had excessive extra fees never before mentioned. product ok, as good as anywhere else.
