ELF is a great company to work with! We have had them come for a few years (3 i think maybe more) now to an event with our church and haven't had any problems! Their staff is great to work with and they always make sure everything is set up correctly! Most importantly they are very safety conscious! When working with a large crowd of people it is always important to make sure everyone will have a great time, a safe time, and a fun time. ELF is the company you want to be working with every time!!

I have worked with E.L.F Entertainment for several years now and I have been nothing but pleased with their staff, equipment, and the booking process. They are super friendly and always provide quick responses. I am currently working with E.L.F to schedule a photo booth for our company summer picnic in August and Erin has been nothing but helpful and prompt in the process. We have worked with E.L.F Entertainment for 4 years now and have always had great service, quick responses, and friendly staff! This year we had Nick as the gentleman running the bounce house for our event and he was phenomenal with the kids! He was trained well!

We hired E.L.F. Entertainment for our company picnic last summer. This wasn't an ordinary picnic, this event was a "Great Race" through North Park in Pittsburgh. Our "Great Race" theme required E.L.F. to not only setup attractions at multiple locations throughout the park, but to do so according to our tight race "timelines" and , to further complicate things, we requested that E.L.F. setup the attractions in such a way that he largest inflatable, a 3-piece obstacle course, would remain a surprise for the guests to see when they arrive back at the "home base" pavilion. Yes, this was A LOT to ask of E.L.F., but they took on the challenge with enthusiasm and outstanding customer service. The event was a smashing hit! All employees were blown away by E.L.F. Entertainment's attractions and individuals on the planning committee were equally as impressed with E.L.F.'s flexibility and willingness to jump on board with our unconventional company picnic. My colleagues are still talking about how much fun they had and how E.L.F. employees fit right in with our group - interacting with guests in a friendly, professional way throughout the day. It's no surprise that our company will be hiring E.L.F. Entertainment to deliver the FUN to our summer picnic again this year. THANK YOU, E.L.F. ENTERTAINMENT! Our experience with ELF Entertainment was fantastic! From the event planning process, to the artwork design, and the day of the event it was all perfect. The staff they provided for our photo booth were friendly and did not rush the guests. Also, the DJ that they referred us to was great! We wouldn't have changed a thing! Thanks, ELF!

This company is completely and utterly lacking customer service and organization skills. We waited for months going back and forth waiting for packages to be sent after settling on an event date in November for June.After calls and emails and being assured no one had booked that day and admitting that he never sent the info, I was told that people.did in fact book and was treated as though it was my fault for waiting. Then after we FINALLY receive a package to choose from, we replied and recieved no response. I waited a week and emailed again asking what was happening. Today we received another email stating we needed to choose and make a deposit by March 14th or our date would be canceled. We were accused of never sending a reply to them. Dan, the guy in charge I assume became completely angry. I told him I needed to get this set or we would have to move on. He became belidgerent, and hung up on me. We are not new to this company. This company has been used for many years in the past and I'm just guessing that this isn't how you keep clients. We did in turn find a better deal with better prices. Same day in fact! So good luck to you ELF! If anyone needs a good inflatable company in the burgh, there's a ton in the phone book. Just don't call ELF unless you want treated badly.

I worked an entertainment event for Mike the Balloon Guy on July 7th at Slippery Rock Campground. Elf was also working the event. I regret that I didn't catch the names of the two young gentlemen who were the Elf operators because they were very friendly and generous. They shared cold water, a shade tent, and helped me roll up a large inflatable on a day when 99 degrees set the max temp record for Newcasle, PA. Much appreciated gents! Sincerely, Doug Deckert
