The Worst!Horrible experience with no resolution. I was working with Doreen to set up a simple "one time" pick up of 250+ gallons of used motor oil that was in a storage tote. Weeks of back and forth calling and emails, along with repeated submitting of the same documents and then absolutely no reply. At one point I called and a gentleman answered, less than professionally, yet I still kept making attempts at setting up an account. In the end, 4 weeks of calls and emails (non-returned calls and emails) and I have officially given up on this organization. To be honest I'm not exactly sure what it IS that they do. The worst customer service I have experienced with a "professional" business. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, at least a company that tries to do business.
