These people cold call your office and act like they know you to try to get thru to the doctor. Someone named Gary called my office repeatedly and was extremely rude to my front office personal. When I called them to tell them to leave us alone, they person answering the phone said there was no Gary there. Everyone needs to make a living but there is no excuse for rudeness. If I put down the drill and took a call from every cold call vendor I would never get any dentistry done.
