The customer service has been excellent. As a wheelchair bound person, I waited my turn in line and was treated with respect just as if I was not in a wheel chair and that is so important to somene like me. I can't recommend them highly enough. They work just as hard as anyone else and deserve the respect that every human should be treated with each and every day.

Very rude over the phone and in person. Not helpful at all. Went to terminate my water said it was all done and come find out it was never done. Ridiculous. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with this place any longer.
