Beautiful homes but didn't see any for the high 200's like the sign advertises. All are higher.

Beautiful homes in Elara at Sundance. The community is not gated but does have an HOA, but monthly dues can vary from neighborhood to neighborhood because of builders and build dates. There are beautiful parks too but not all rec centers serve the entire Sundance community so if you're interested in buying a home in the area be sure what serves your particular property. Special assessments and Mello Roos do exist and can be checked by your real estate professional. Great place to buy a home and live!
