Reception area is warm inviting as is the staff upon arriving even though I was early. Beginning my first time I was given a tour of Elements, with an explanation of the various services. The first concern for Elements is your comfort and making sure your experience is beyond what you've expected. It was indeed. I can't wait for my next visit in September...change that I need to book one for August too!

They environment of the entire place was very esthetically pleasing. The staff was very friendly and informative. They pair you perfectly with your masseuse based on Your massage preferences. There is no feeling of being pushed into purchasing their monthly plan option, like you feel at some other massage chains.

My wife and I had a couples massage, that included my wife having a prenatal. The staff and building was friendly, calming, welcoming atmosphere. Very professional and great at what they do. They were conscientious and responsive to our needs. They paid great attention to our troublesome areas and made suggestions for things we could do at home to help alleviate some of the pain points. If we lived in the region we would come back often.
