from the beginning to the end, my experience with this practice was simplely phenomenal. Everyone during every contact made me feel they were truly dedicated to my "best interest" which is what any client needs when dealing with legal issues. Everyone was kind and personable, but at the same time EXTREMELY professional. I really appreciated the constant updates on my case. These updates were most important to me because I was never left wondering what was happening with my case. Just wanted to say thank you to every one of you and you are appreciated. Excellent lawyer. James spoke to me in "my language" and explained everything in terms that I could understand...I didn't have to be a lawyer to understand my lawyer (LOL).

Mr. Epperson is an excellent attorney. He and his staff represented us in a family court matter where we as grandparents were seeking visitation with our young grandson. We were forced to find an attorney outside our county and was blessed to find him thru an internet search. From our first meeting we knew he was the attorney for us. He explained up front that in North Carolina Grand Parents Rights are not easily obtained thru the courts. Our case involved court in two different counties with many obstacles being placed in our way. He put together an amazing case which convinced the Judges to rule in our favor many times. In the end not only was visitation awarded but full custody of our grandson was granted. Thank You James Epperson and Staff!

I really can't say enough about how great Epperson Law has been. The level of professionalism and the great communication between myself and my attorney is unmatched. They listened to me and my concerns and a lot of time they showed more concern for me than I did myself. They helped me navigate thru a rough separation and we're very successful in helping me. They helped keep my children with me and so much more. I can't tell you how satisfied I am with their counsel. I highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use Epperson Law Group again in the future!

Extremely poor service in my opinion. The attorney that I worked with would never communicate with me outside of email and it usually took days before I got to respond. He commented to me one time when I asked what the status was, and he said "grab a beer and have a seat, this is going to take a while". The owner of the practice told me that he would take on my case personally but he never did and instead he gave me to an attorney who I had to pay to research most of the work that he was doing for me rather than already having the knowledge to do so. I would never recommend this practice to anyone!

Fantastic Law Group!!!I have been more than impressed with the service I have received from Epperson Law Group.I am a father, and the struggles and concerns I had for my child were brushed off by other offices as "too difficult."Epperson Law Group offered me an extremely fair rate and provided clear instructions as to what I needed to move forward. The only promise was to represent me in my pleas to the court. We all knew there were no guarantees, BUT in that courtroom I felt as though my voice was heard, in a professional and straight forward manner. My attorney, and the supporting staff, were incredibly diligent and honest every step of the way. I could not be happier with the service I was provided and will continue Epperson Law Group for any family matter that arises.
