This foux news source libelously stated that I was arraigned for my lawful reaction (no subjective intent) to Erie police terrorism, who ordered citizens with ties to a skinhead gang to assault me in order to disrupt a protest against police oppression July 4, 2016. But no worries, folks, a shadow defense allows me to drag police through federal courts for misconduct then sue the F!@# out of this city. Print that, liars!

This used to be a good newspaper company, but they are charging WAY too much for services I can obtain at a much better price, and the quality has gone downhill. In addition, moving their printing services out of Erie has cost the region precious jobs that benefit our city. Were it not for the fact that they used to be good, I would only give them one star.

There is no customer service at the Erie Times News Offices. The automated system is horrible. When I finally got a person, they gave me a difficult time about crediting my account for the Sunday paper that never arrived - again. The reason why our newspaper is not doing well is because they only are concerned with collecting their subscription dues. They don't care what is delivered for that money.

Last night (10/4) the President of The United States Of America was in our town(Erie Pa.) So imagine my surprise when I opened the newspaper this morning and "NOTHING" in this newspaper regarding Our Presidents ' visit .How can it be that The President of our County's visit IS NOT NEWSWORTHY???

The newspaper nowadays isn’t as good as it used to be, my dad loves to read the news and most of it is useless and better watching tv or buying a fairly cheap tv Antenna.

We used to get the paper everyday - d/c bc never read. Signed up for Goerie - my password never worked. I didn't worry about the $1/month. Signed up for the paper again. Here it is Sunday-no paper delivered, and they are not closed all day. I will get A paper tomorrow - wonder if it will be Sunday's or Mondays? Also, they started my subscription a week late. Not thrilled with the service thus far this time around.

i worked for this company and they tried to screw me on my last paycheck. A woman that works the booths physically pushed me into the wall of my building and yelled profanities at me all cause i asked for my money. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY! When I filed a complaint they said they had problems with her in the past but could do nothing about it because she was independently contracted. SO WHAT SHE CARRIED YOUR NAME. They called me a couple a couple months later asking me if I want my job but with very strict guidelines. I turned them down.

Very dissatisfied with ordering a subscription tot he paper- its very confusing and misleading. There is a base price for the subscription, however it doesn't specify how many issues for the price. Additionally, there is a extremely long disclaimer saying how "You agree that you will be charged up to an additional $5.00 for each premium edition published and delivered to you during your subscription period, in addition to the cost of your subscription." If you purchase a subscription, that should be the flat price, no up-charges at random. For an industry that is supposedly dieing, your company is not helping its cause. Make it simpler to subscribe to your paper. And I'm saying this as a younger person.
