Unsatisfactory and poor customer service. We run a small company, we wanted to expand our business, so we looked to build a new website and use Esterling. We had lengthy conversations with Esterling about our project and was optimistic they would deliver, they have a very good sales man. After receiving our payment, it seems they just replicated our old website, when we complain we were ignored and now they will not communicate with us they have just stolen our deposit. Warning DO NOT USE ESTERLING.They only respond back on their review page like they did just now but not by email as they do not care about customers just your money. This company is unscrupulous, we waited 10 days for a reply to our email and only got one now when we wrote a review. If you go ahead with them you will have the same problem.Please be vigilante there google rating looks like it is fixed they get all their reviews at once around the same period.
