PANIC TIME! Contacted these guys needing tech to home connect WiFi. It was late, like 5 pm. Even though these guys shut down at 6 they sent Jesse Scott to do his stuff. Problem solved. Good job guys! ,Good Job Jesse!!!

Dropped off a PC for diagnosing. I wasnt sure it was salvageable so I had no expectations. Before dropping it off I booted and checked it was still having issues. Their tech told me it wouldn't boot, that was a lie. Instead of attempting anything I was suggested to buy a new PC from them. I don't think these people are trustworthy that's my two cents. By the way their hourly rate of 100 is pretty high shop around and save.

They replaced the screen on my touch screen laptop. They worked with me to get the right part ordered and I kept the computer in the meantime. When they called that the part was in I dropped off the laptop apx 10 in the morning and picked it up late that afternoon. Kirk did a super job! Frankly it feels more solid than it did before the screen was broken. Very reasonable price compared to the same replacement in another state two years ago.
