Evergreen Digital Marketing was one of three marketing companies chosen to quote on a new website for The Catholic Community Foundation of Waterloo Region. While they were not the lowest quote for the project, their process throughout the RFP bolstered the decision in their favour. Mark Hallman/Evergreen Digital Marketing was the first, and only, company to follow up “personally” with a phone call to review the quote with us and to answer any questions, especially in regards to the number of hours included in the quote. Evergreen Digital Marketing ensured us that the amount we would be paying would actually provide a completed website at the end of the process versus an unfinished website once the Foundation runs out of hours. Mark was personable and professional and really took the time to meet and speak with the Foundation on numerous occasions to make sure he was presenting a quote that included what we are looking for. This professionalism continued throughout the entire project. He met with the committee on various occasions and made it very simple to follow up with him via conference call during our meetings. Evergreen Digital Marketing provided samples from their own portfolio during the entire process, making it very easy to visualize what type of design and feel they were suggesting. They provided the necessary training at the end to bring the website back to us for updating and maintenance.We are very impressed with our new website and receive positive feedback on its look and impression all the time. Mark Hallman and Evergreen Digital Marketing continue to check in to see if we need any assistance or updates and we feel comfortable reaching out for any additional support or suggestions to this day.
