Very disappointed in our pictures, but you get what you pay for. I even emailed the company with my concerns with no acknowledgement after.We met with the guys the month before the event to make sure we were on the same page but we weren’t. The girl I initially spoke with was no longer with the company and my concern was that she said she was going to be with us the day of and knew what I wanted and what we talked about. My husband and I are not used to being in front of the camera and needed guidance but that’s not what we got. The family portraits had everyone off center, there was no cohesiveness with any of them, looked like everyone was ‘thrown together’. A lot of the ceremony pictures seemed to be taken from a distance. We came up with some location ideas for pictures but it seemed like we had to try to come up with our own pose ideas, which was my biggest concern. We were at a location in a gazebo and there was a dustpan and broom, those were in the majority of the pictures, that could have either been cropped out or moved. None of the pictures were touched up or anything. My eyes were closed in about 80% of the pictures and nothing was said throughout the day to let me know I was doing that. I thought we were going to be doing more fun type poses and such but there weren’t, my husband and I seemed to come up with what we did and we have no idea what we’re doing, this is why we paid a professional. It seemed like it was a 'point and shoot' type of day than my forever wedding and family pictures. We needed the guidance in being creative when it came to the location pictures, for the pictures we received I could have had family members do the same thing.
