purchased a mower this year for over $4000, a bracket broke so I brought it back to the dealer. Its been there for over a month and hustler can't give me a time frame as to when they will ship a replacement part to the dealer. How they don't have replacement parts for a brand new mower is concerning.

Tried to write the following review on their Hustler website and was sent an email saying they wouldn't allow it to be posted. There's a reason you won't find any 1 star reviews on any of their products!"We purchased one of these mowers back in 2008 and it worked well for about 500 hours and then it turned into a money pit. The major problem with this mower and all other Hustler mowers is they use Hydrogear transaxles which are cheaply made and poorly engineered. Another problem with this brand of mower is they do not have enough service centers around to get your mower serviced. Where I live there is only one to cover 3 counties and the shop that services them is unreliable. Excel Industries which manufactures the Hustler brand is hands off when it comes to distribution and the major distributor for them in my area of the county is Cook's Power Equipment in Groveland, Florida. We made several attempts to contact the local sales rep for our area and was never called back or followed up with. Hustler does not have enough service centers, dealers and quality people in their network to take care of you. It's for this reason that I advise looking at another brand of mower."

Mediocre job depending on where you worked at within the company. There are various reasons that its only 3 star rating. The insurance was pretty good(Blue Cross Blue Shield), depending upon the supervisor or opex the days would either drag by or fly by. Fortunately, for me I had supervisor and opex that would make the days fly by.

DO NOT BUY THESE POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS! FAIR WARNING! We have a $3500 mower under warranty that Hustler refuses to warranty. They've kept our mower over a month. The deck came apart and part of it ran through the mower blade shooting out the grass exhaust in a mangled heap of steel. Someone could have been badly hurt. The repair guy said he couldn't tell if a weld broke or not so he sent photos to Hustler who said it was not a warranty issue and that we had misused the mower. Strangely, my husband was cutting on an open field with no obstructions whatsoever. We can't find a number to call. We are about to get our attorney. We even bought an extended warranty like idiots! The mower is a year old.

Greatest job i ever had. Nice and friendly people and the work wasn't hard. I would recommend that anyone could work there. It really is a great place to spend your day.
