You managed to extract the essence of who we are and what we do very well. The visuals are great. Yes, they are animated but they are not “cartoonish”. They are relaxed, creative and professional at the same time. The process was structured enough to make us give targeted feed-back but flexible enough to give us enough time when we needed it and to ensure our feed-back could be integrated. I also really loved the refreshing tone you write your communication and indeed even your contracts in. You guys have done an amazing job!
