Exposure Ninja have built me two websites and carry out an ongoing SEO campaign on one of them for us (our main business site). I cannot speak highly enough about Tim and the whole company. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they ask us to do very little in terms of admin / content and they report back in a way that is easy for non-techie people like me to understand. As far as the effectiveness of the SEO goes - I'd suggest anyone reading this tries searching 'emergency plumber in Bristol'; my company is the very top natural hit in Google for this massively important keyphrase and that's all thanks to Exposure Ninja. Whether for SEO or development we will never go anywhere else now.

Exposure Ninga ARE SIMPLY THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I hired Ninja Exposure on two separate occasions for both SEO on my blog honestmum.com (they optimised my site) and also for a targeted Facebook campaign to help promote my debut book Mumboss. We used Exposure Ninja last year to review our SEO, website performance and overall B2C digital marketing strategy. I was very impressed with their breadth of knowledge in all of the above and they helped us a lot in making improvements in these areas and others. They were always very transparent about their plans and processes and the accounts team were very proactive. Digital marketing, especially B2C, can be a very daunting and confusing experience but Tim and the team at Exposure Ninja did their best to keep us informed and on track. It was a very positive experience for us and I heartily recommend talking to them to discuss your digital marketing needs.

Tim's videos are great but the actual SEO services of the company are one of the worst I have used, don't be fooled by the Facebook/Google reviews as these only refer to Tim's videos, not the work itself. All staff members work from home, not an issue in itself, but it felt as though communication was lacking between the sub contractors they use. I had to chase many pieces of work that were promised but never arrived. My second account manager (in two months) had such an out of date understanding of SEO (circa 2010) that I cancelled my contract straight after talking to her. Perhaps I was unlucky, but my overall experience was very poor and I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want work that won't come back to hurt your website in the future.
