Client Review on Exposure Ninja

Very poor service. Sent an follow up email to request a chat after my website had been reviewed - no response. Contacted them and could not find email and person I sent it to had left the company - they didn't know that to begin with! Then arranged for a phone call to discuss. No phone call despite confirmation earlier in the morning that phone call would be made. They said SEO management starts at £500 in one of their videos. No it doesn't - it starts at £2k! Too big to look after the small business now I think! Complete waste of my time. Left hanging on the end of the phone whilst the receptionist found out about things. Never put through to the person you want to speak to.Update..... I have been contacted directly by Tim by both phone and email which has now gone a long way to reassure me about their services. He has taken personal care of me and my concerns and reviewing their processes with a professional approach. I am still hoping to do business with them as I do feel they have something to offer and I like their fresh approach.
