There notary service was fine. It what hapenned after that makes them very inconsiderate... i could not find my drivers license a few days later so i called them to see if left there and was told did not have it, i checked back like a week later and still no license so after about month or so of waiting to see if i find it i went and got another one from dmv.. my wife was at dr. Office 2 doors down couple days ago and decided to go,in and ask again and they had mylicense the whole time.. They could have called me or mailed it to me, its a important piece of somwones belongings.. it was not like a glove or hat they found.. could not believe they just let someones license sit in the lost and found

I have used EBC several times to send packages. The staff has always been courteous and efficient, the service has consistently been great, and the prices quoted to me have been fair. In addition, I have always received many different options and quotes to best meet my needs. I highly recommend!

Girls do not know the requirements for the size of photos. I wasted my time and money there. Take photos elsewhere.

When the owner was around more, the place was wonderful. Now that they have this unintelligent, inflexible young girl as manager, things have gone downhill. They wanted to charge me $25 for receiving a package there. Even though they are listed as a UPS pickup location.

I have always gave my business to EBC. However, I had a daycare business at the time. Now, I have opened up a hotsauce business that needed a logo. I signed papers with them but wasn't happy at all with the design. They just couldn't make my pepper sauce logo come to life which was okay. I told them about this and they wanted nothing to do with me after the artist couldn't get a design that I liked or agreed on. Not being able to give me a design that I like is one thing but for your Business not to want to do business with me in the future was a petty move. I liked the owner, hes nice but the people that are in charge of designing and decisions need to be reevaluated!!!!! #dontgotoebc #upset because I didn't like the crappy art work that I needed for my Hotsauce Logo. Also, by the way, I went to Office Depot and got a design for $20 and Loved it! where they wanted to charge $65........get out of here EBC!!!!!

Murtaza and his team at EBC are extremely knowledgeable about their industry. They do not give general answers to your questions but address the specific needs of you and your business. The work they do is high quality and they are always easy to contact. Highly recommend EBC!
