Our retail business has been involved in e-commerce since 2007 and we have grown to become leaders in our industry across the UK and Ireland. We had previously built our own websites and also collaborated with various developers in Northern Ireland for more complex tasks. We have an experienced e-commerce team in house, with good knowledge of web development and digital marketing. However, to ensure that we remain on top of a fast changing industry, it is important that our website is ahead of the competition in both design and technical function. To enable this, we needed a dedicated company who were more than just web-designers. When it came to choosing a business to design and build our new site, we spent a lot of time meeting with the top companies locally and also talking to their clients.The clear choice for us was Eyekiller due to excellent customer feedback, a multitude of awards, great visual design and experienced dedicated departments with specialist skills in various aspects of webdesign. Eyekiller have departments for front end and back end development, SEO, digital marketing, user experience , graphic design and project management. Our site was admittedly one of the most complex sites that Eyekiller have worked on to date, and it presented a lot of complex development challenges to their team. Despite this, the final product in our opinion is outstanding. We feel that we have the best website in our industry across the UK and Ireland.Like any complex website, issues have of course risen. The support from Eyekiller team has been excellent. After going live we had an extensive bug list that was consistently being updated by our team. The Eyekiller resolved any critical issues quickly and as a matter of priority. Lesser issues were also solved in a good time frame.We are more than likely one of the toughest clients for any web design company due the complexity of our website, and of course, we are only satisfied with the absolute best. I feel that we made an excellent choice with Eyekiller who have delivered a website that has impressed our own team, received praise from our customers and most importantly., increased our online conversions.We look forward to working with Eyekiller in a long term collaboration and would not hesitate to recommend them to other businesses.
