If you want your sign to be delivered With frustration then don’t look further, this company will complete your desire. Last year they delivered a wrong sign to my listing, which they claimed too many same name person in my office, really??? Than they installed another sign, luckily I was there. The post and sign was laying on the ground, I immediately notify the guy who didn’t leave yet, than he fixed it but still really lopsided. Of course the next day, the sign and post both went missing. Than just yesterday when we ordered another sign installation, shockingly I was told they didn’t have my sign??? But they just picked up my sign from one of my listing last month, when I questioned them, the woman insisted she got a note saying they just pick up the post for no sign on it. Really?? The post and sign were in a private locked gate property, which Falcon sign company was the only vendor know the code. If no sign when they pick up, why she didn’t bother to contact me acknowledging the missing sign. Guess who might have a chance to access the property to remove the post and sign. They may damage it, lost or delivered to a wrong person like happen to me before. I am looking for another sign company which I heard Falcon sign manipulated the market. Any recommendations?

They take forever ! Seriously go with someone else , I’ve called so many times and I can see on the app that my delivery for my sign installation is “pending” . However , it’s been pending for more than 10 days !!! And no update or call back from business owner , my listing is already In escrow with no sign . This makes me look bad as an agent when my clients expected a for sale sign as part of marketing . Good thing “for sale” signs don’t sell houses , but I will never hire this company again .

Do Not trust them. They are very slow to get your signs up and I will never trust them again. They say they will put them up but wait days and days to finally get your sign up. I also had a sign stolen from a listing and they charged me for it. Never again.

They claim to have 4 locations on their website which is not true. They claim to be the largest sign installation company also not true. They don't answer the phone and they tell stories to customers that aren't true.
