제가 하도하도 애먹어서 아꺼운 시간내서 여기다 리뷰 올립니다. 다른 한국분들 참고 하시면 좋겠습니다. 이렇게 괴롭히고 맘 고생 시키는 차/집보험 처음 봣습니다.<문제점 1>꼬투리 잡아서 보험료 올리기:집보험 1800불에 계약함: 기존 보험 보다 500불 높음. 이유는 집이 압그레이드 되어 있어서 수리비가 많이 나오므로 더 비싸다함. 모기지에서 1년치 완불함한달쯤 있다가 statement닐라옴. 220여불 더 내야하고 않내면 캔슬된다함.<It is not true>담당자 j씨에게 전화하니 파머스에서 집을 인스펙트했고 그거에 따라 더내야 한다함.기가막힘. 우리집에 아무도 다녀간적 없슴. 집은gated comunity고 정문에서 집주인에게 꼭 전화로 연락해서 visitor허가 받음.J씨에게 항의했더니 왈 집 겉만 보고 갔단다. 하하하그게 인스펙션 이란다.처음 계약할때 그런 고지가 전혀 없었슴. 1년 총액 이었슴.
