I have worked with Fastlights, both as a client and as a vendor, for nearly a decade now and would recommend them to anyone. As a recent college graduate John was excellent about renting me the one or two pieces of gear I needed at a rate I could afford to make my show happen. As a professional gaffer now I'm still as confident that I can rely on the team he has cultivated at Fastlights to supply me with what I need to service even my biggest clients. FastLights is awesome! Best rental house I have worked with hands down in my 20 year career as an independent filmmaker. I shot a short narrative in Western Massachusetts last summer and they were incredibly supportive and accommodating for my grip equipment needs. John was super nice and really easy to communicate with - answering all my questions and very thorough with my DP's needs. He and the others at FastLights are especially supportive of local films and filmmakers and their prices are unbeatable.
