Fed ex said couldn't find house or incorrect address when have numbers clearly marked at end of driveway. 800 number cannot give you direct number because it is private. Then facility can't find my package even though it's still on the truck? The driver has delivered to my house numerous times and the packages look are damaged or filthy. If I could go a different route I would but unfortunately I cant. This facility is privately run by an owner who buys his own trucks and can do whatever he wants. Gives fedex a bad name

Mills River is the worst of any FedEx locations I've dealt with. One African American female driver arrived and started screaming at my Labrador retriever, who was on our 2nd story porch. She called me a liar when I told her she (the driver) was safe. She wouldn't leave the vehicle. Said she didn't trust the hillbillies on our mountain road. One retired federal agent, one economist, two lawyers and a college history professor= hillbillies.The next delivery: tracking showed it on the truck for delivery at about 5:30 AM. No delivery. Tried to call to ask about it. Could not get through the 800 number. Tracking shows it in Mills River, no longer out for delivery. I have a customer waiting on this and no idea if or when it might get here. USPS and UPS are way more professional and reliable. Mike. Saluda NC

These people deserve negative stars.. I hate when my packages ship fedex... I know it's either gonna be thrown off the truck, delivered to the wrong house, or my yard get torn up because they can't stay on the driveway... this company is an absolute joke!!!!!!

this place is horrible- always mis routes all of my packages- doesn't deliver to me on Mondays but makes up excuses such as label unreadable- they are always sending my packages out on the wrong trucks-- can never find my address- says it's incorrect- after I call it is the same address- they do not update their road maps- I have lived at the same address for 6 years and every time i get anything via fedex it's a nightmare-

Not sure if it's Fedex as a whole or just this location, but I cringe every time I see that something has shipped with them. There is always some sort of issue or extenuating circumstance. Not sure how a company can stay in business with such poor service.

Two different deliveries from two different perishable meal services not delivered? Fed ex customer service says they show it going out on the truck but then delivery exception occurs? She said the package had probably gone bad and been thrown out? Funny, I've been getting these same deliveries for over a year from UPS on the day they were scheduled and never had food go bad. Guess I'll request UPS shipment from now on or just figure somebody from fed ex is enjoying my meal kits.

This place has some major consumer fraud going on. They will refuse to deliver things to your address, tell you they don’t have anyone to service that area right now. So, you can go in or pick it up at one of their inconvenient drop locations the next day. If you go in, while you’re waiting half-an-hour for them to find your package, you’ll hear the receptionist telling other people about how they don’t have a driver to service their area right now. I heard them say that to someone apparently in Biltmore Village while I was there. So, I guess complain to whoever shipped using FedEx when this happens, before you go in to pick up the stuff that you probably paid to have delivered to you, and maybe eventually this apparently massive, long-standing consumer fraud will get remedied.

Driver will not deliver to our house. Leaves packages a mile away at an unattended facility. Sometimes I get a notice that a package has been delivered, sometimes not. Will not call when signature is required, therefore several day delay having to leave signed paperwork for him and still leaves packages unattended, sometimes in the rain. I even had one package where they changed the recipient's name and address to someone else in Murphy and sent my package there! Fortunately the package wasn't left there and finally got delivered over about 2 weeks late. I now specify UPS when possible on everything I order. I don't know what to do if a vendor won't ship UPS, I guess not order the item.
