Client Review on Flipside Group

Feedback:

I picked up the farmhouse salad for lunch and asked for airfried chicken on the side. It took me a while to realise that what I paid for didn't include the airfried chicken, but I wasn't given a receipt to be sure. So I went to the counter and asked the girl who served me, whether I definitely got chicken or not, and she said I did. At this point I had already been waiting for a long time, up to the point where there was at least 20 other people who had paid and were waiting for their food as well. When I finally got my food, I can visibly see that I didn't get any chicken and the girl passing the food out said it wasn't on the order and that I had to order it. I went back to the counter, but decided to turn around, because I couldn't bare to wait a further 20 minutes for the chicken I originally wanted. Sad to say, the salad was average, I would've given 3 stars, but the lack of protein really put it down for me, I'm a big meat eater and love trying protein alternatives, but I can't even comment on that because of the upside down service. Sorry, I was really hoping this would've been good.
