The team at Flitch Creative was great to work with - Miles stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well - even after the website launched. Sacha made sure the project kept moving forward and all the other team members worked quickly to get my website up and running. Loved the graphics that Katie came up with for my website and the design of my business cards. Kaden responded quickly to make my website function like I wanted and immediately resolved any issues after the website went live. If you want to work with a team with creative fresh ideas, these are your people.

I’ve had two years experience in marketing and have had eight years experience in business management, worked for a few years being responsible for four million dollar projects. I guess what I’m saying is I’m just a little guy but have had some experience wearing big boy shoes and just in case anybody wants to brand, advertise, start a service or product line I fully recommend Flitch Creative for the brand and keystone marketing. I know the weight required behind important brands and marketing and I can honestly say that was one of the greatest concerns I had in my venture (anyone with experience knows what I’m talking about) but Flitch has taken that away in a lot more professional style then I ever knew existed and on an amazing scale; from the big boys to us little guys and folks I’ve worn both shoes and I know these guys know their onions! I have the tools at my fingertips to do my own website - my business partner has created several for us over the years. Now it was time to really create our brand and get the look and content that matched our business success. But updating our website kept getting put on the back burner. So I took matters into my own hands, found Flitch and their name hooked me. I called and they scheduled my appointment quickly. Meeting with them was as much fun as it was getting down to business. Their focus was on what I wanted, thought I needed, and they added their expertise to help me accomplish my goals. No pressure - just options! I love that I can do parts of it myself, or hand it all over to them.Once it was complete, my business partner (who has an eye for what looks good - but just doesn't have the time)....loves it. And...he thinks I did an amazing job on our website.

I've worked with several design companies over the years. Wanted to stay local, so we gave Flitch a shot. Extremely poor communication skills from the owner Jake and their sales rep Miles. When we met, I felt like I was their first potential client ever and I was their first pitch ever. Proposal for scope of work was a disaster. They had no idea what we really wanted/needed and what we were looking for after their 15 minute meeting/sales pitch with me, but assured me that they'd follow up, ask the right questions, and tighten all those question marks to ensure a smooth project. We had a pretty tight timeline...they assured me that was no problem for them and that they would follow up to make sure every T was crossed and i dotted. None of that ever happened. Even after I called to let them know the proposal wasn't what we needed/wanted or understood it to be, I never heard back. Working with the artists and programmers was fine, but we basically never heard back from Jake or Miles. They didn't even come close to hitting our timeline. The crazy part is I still sent them a couple more decks to help us update yesterday because Katie their artist was great to deal with...this time no rushed timeline or anything too complex or difficult. Their sales rep Miles just called and basically said "we are not a good fit" he finally called me to let me know he didn't want our business...apparently they have so much business coming in they don't need our $ here at The Sales Academy. Must be nice. We are apparently too demanding of a customer. Thats a first for me in 25+ years doing this
