Wow..wow, just wow! Customer support is far and above anything I have ever experienced with any other web host before!! I've had my wordpress website for about 5 years now and have gone through a few web hosts to say the least. Some better than others, but all pale in comparison to my experience with Ferngullygraphics. These guys not only cleaned up my website after it was hacked at Godaddy, but also took the time to secure my new wordpress install AND gave me instructions on how to make sure my site is never hacked again! I cant tell you how much I appreciated that because I was completely lost and frustrated after my website was hacked, I was literally in tears. Thanks to Fern Gully my website is back online and I am confident my website is in good hands!

I decided to try out FGG webhosting services. Everything was fine for the first year, however when it came time to renew my account. The price was doubled and they had already taken 12.50 through paypal's auto renewal payment. They sent an email stating that they had raised their prices without notice and threatened to delete host files if the remaining balance was not paid. Fortunately I had used paypal and was able to retrieve my money back, however I was upset that they would use bait and switch tactics in order to increase their profits. If I wanted to pay premium prices I would have signed up with the big name companies instead of dealing with FGG. Be AWARE, this company is NOT to be trusted and watch out for unethical and unprofessional behavior from this company.

Great web hosting service! I have been hosting my website with fern gully graphics for about a year now and the support is always excellent. Last month they helped me fix my wordpress website and they did not even charge me anything extra. In fact, I am so blown away by how often these guys go out of their way to help me with my website that I am now planning to transfer over the rest of my websites to fern gully. Keep up the good work guys!

Hosting service was fine, but just FYI this provider does not issue pro-rated refunds so if you order a hosting package for longer than a month be aware that you won't get your money back.
