I purchased two frank doors 18 months ago. one of them has worked perfectly. the second, has stopped functioning over a dozen times. i have tried to address with the dealer that sold it to me but getting help from Frank Doors is like pulling teeth. they are aware of the repeated failures their door has had and I have not once received a call, visit or attempt at addressing from Frank Doors. their lack of support and response to me, their customer has been very lacking. i bought a brand new door to avoid these issues and i might as well have gone to the flea market. completely unacceptable way to address a faulty product. their negligence at addressing leads to me believe they are used to these failures and try to sweep them under the rug. atleast that is what their actions show.
