This review is long overdue. I have been a customer of Freedom LED for a little over 2 years. During that time, I have dealt primarily with Braxton and Carston. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and how much emphasis they place on customer service. It is very rare that I send an e-mail to Carston and don't receive a phone call within about 20 minutes. In fact, there was one time when we had a minor issue with a sign and it was towards the end of the day, so I e-mailed him and asked him to call me the next day. I had no idea that at the time he was vacationing...in Europe. However, I still got a call from him within about 10 minutes. They make you feel like you are their top priority and most important customer. Aside from their customer service, the quality of their work is phenomenal. They do so much work from design to researching city regulation to offering suggesting...all before a sign is even installed. Our signs look great, they are always there to answer any questions we have, and we couldn't be happier with the business relationship we have with FreedomLED.

Freedom LED has provided several screens for my billboard company. We consistently hear that our screens "look better" than the other products in the market. Carston and Braxton are always available to answer any questions, deal with urgent issues, or make a repair call. All around has been really great working with Freedom LED.
