Horrible. my experience has been bad

Horrible experience. They don’t answer the phones, don’t handle problems with their tickets and then they mark the ticket complete but have done nothing to correct the problem. Avoid at all costs.

For several years I have had personal domains hosted by Beachcomer. Sometime this winter I apparently was transfered to Fresh Roasted Hosting without prior notice or consent. I now have billing problems and I can't get in touch with them. They don't answer the phone and the promised call back never happens. I don't like that they have my debit card number and could charge it at any time - if ever.

FRH used to be an excellent hosting provider, with good quick technical support however about a year ago something changed and now they seem to employ non technical people who can just copy and paste answer from the internet. They blame you the customer every time something goes wrong and and regularly fail to fix issues., avoid - there are much better hosts out there

This is a VERY UNRELIABLE hosting company. I am a webmaster and I started with multiple websites hosted with Fresh Roasted while they were under previous ownership. Ever since the CURRENT owners took over, my experience has been horrible. I have moved almost all of my clients to other hosting companies and the few that I have remaining still experience constant problems.First off, their customer service is terrible. You can only reach them through an online ticket system and they often take hours to respond. If you have an emergency, forget it! One of my websites crashed today. I opened a ticket at 9am and still no response at 12pm.Their email system is extremely flaky. I had clients simply not getting emails and Fresh Roasted was unable to fix them. Their response was 'the emails aren't reaching our servers.' However when I switched hosting companies, the emails magically started working again.Multiple and frequent site crashes. I often experience site crashes and website issues. I understand that this happens from time to time but it happens with Fresh Roasted often. Add that to their very slow response time on trouble tickets and it just adds to the frustration with this company.I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for hosting and save yourself a ton of trouble. The only reason I posted this review was to prevent others from going through what I went through.

We've had a very pleasant experience with fresh roasted hosting after having big problems with arvixe post being purchased by EIG. The transfer was easy and the staff was more than helpful. I can honestly say my expectations have been exceeded.

Reliable? Fast? Please, we have our site posted here and they have left us down horribly. They used to be good but the recent outages and lack of customer service is ridiculous. There is no phone number to call anyone to get answers and they obviously don't care about their clients.
