We have used Friendemic at our dealership for 2 years now. It is by far one of the best decisions we have made. The review team is quick and responsive and they kept our Facebook and Instagram page active and attracting new customers to like our page. They help us keep a health mix of promotions, inventory, and general post.

Have been forced to use this company. May work for some companies but for our type of company the company we worked with before was much more user friendly. Only works on Chrome. Have had much better results working with another company. Would not recommend.

Turn and burn philosophy all in hopes of growth and making money. Introduced to a "Client Manager" who was suppose to be my singular contact with the know all. Not true. Went through about a dozen different people who were uninformed. At one point, I was reassured that my previous contact was fired (which was not reassuring). Guaranteed that all my reviews would be responded to within 24 hours. Not true. The exact opposite. At another point, was told that the previous "Client Manager" was dismissed because of growth. Had to over explain my business philosophy to about 10 different people. None of them apparently would take notes. At one point, they posted an employee's personal number as a contact for a review. Nightmare. Good company to blow money on and ruin a business. They'll probably post a response with a contact number so that they appear decent as if they are truly concerned to those who rummage though their reviews. I'll call it and end up talking to someone brand new (from a company they bought out at a lower salary who most likely replaced a home-grown Friendemic employee all in the name of expansion and money). That person I talk with will have no idea as to how help me. They'll take a message and assure me they'll get back in touch with me with a solution which I'll never hear from that singular person again. Why do I say this? Because it happened before! They may even try to flag this review. But it won't be taken down because this is relevant to their business. Anyways, to offer a bit of constructive criticism--hold up on the growth and expansion. Focus on maintenance and satisfaction. I know Amazon blew-up that way and made billionaires of a couple folks. But they also laid-off thousands in dire circumstances all for wealth and expansion. Let's see if this gets a response within 24 hours--that'll provide some reassurance that the focus on maintenance and satisfaction may actually be taking place. My sympathies to all the English and Liberal Arts majors who have just been hired there--you all be unemployed within 90 days.
