Pretty bad experience here and was hoping for a better experience since I was actually referred by a friend. I brought in a drink menu large poster size (for my wedding) for them to put onto a foam board which the owner said “ that’s easy I can do that and have it done quickly “ when I didn’t hear back for about a month I decided to reach out to ask about it .. each time I called they said it was on their list and they will call me. I had to call back 3 times just to get a date for when I could pick it up (remind you this is a wedding sign so I already felt uncomfortable making sure I would get it on time) finally 3rd phone call a lady tells me I can pick it up on a certain day and time and even tells me it’s being worked on .. I go in to pick it up and they have no idea who I am, where my sign is they completely lost my poster all together that I PAID $60 for and without remorse the owner says “ well can you just send us the pdf we will just redo the sign “ at this point what other choice did I have so I asked them to have it ready in 5 days they said they could do it and had every excuse in the book as to why they lost my poster and didn’t have it ready on time INSTEAD OF JUST SAYING SORRY WE WILL HAVE IT DONE. When I finally went to pick it up the poster was a completely different size then what I brought in, it had bubbles in the front and black smudge on it. The owner never came out to apologize or speak to me although he knew I was there, he had his assistant come out to tell me I could take it for free. I really hate doing this but it was such an unprofessional experience, I can’t say I would recxomend them.

I've been using this company for over a decade I can't say enough positive things about them they've always been responsive gotten all of my orders filled quickly and on time my company depends on their services completely keep up the great work

All I needed was an out of state absentee ballot request form. Small job. For an unlikely future customer. But they did it and did it fast. And they insisted on taking no money. Very unprofessional way of work and super poor quality of digital print products... İ was hired by this company to do a full wrap job In Boston area... As a 3M certified installer and owner of a digital printing shop I can tell that the graphics I received from them were worst I've ever seen... wrong sized and terrible print quality (proof photos attached ) ... And if you are gonna get hired by this company pls get your money first ...
